The brand Barbara ì Gongini comes from Faroe Islands, the so-called Sheep Islands. This could explain the fuzzy woolen headgear of the models.
The label presented their Spring/Summer 2013 collection at the just ended Copenhagen Fashion Week.
Unpretentious, sometimes tattered layering-looks in black, white and gray, thick boots in Rick Owens style and painted fingernails were to see. Everything not quite spectacular, and far too close to the real life of the small-town fashion bloggers.
